π Plan Guide: Free, Basic, Pro
Cramify offers subscription-based services, with both a Basic Plan and a Pro Plan to suit your needs.
The monthly credits for both the Basic Plan and Pro Plan reset automatically.
π Subscription history
You can check your subscription history in the 'Plan and Payment' menu.
If you changed your payment method (e.g., from PayPal to Stripe), some of your previous PayPal subscription history might not appear on that page.
If that happens, don't worry! Simply submit a request here or contact us at support@cramify.ai, and we will quickly review your history and get back to you with the details.
π Cancelling Subscription
First, head to the "Plan & Payment" menu where you'll find various options related to your subscription. You can unsubscribe by clicking "Cancel Payment".
Remember, cancelling your subscription does not mean a refund for the period already billed, but it does prevent future charges, allowing you to control your subscription according to your needs.
If you have already been billed for the current period, you'll still have access to your subscription and its features until the end of your current billing period. This ensures that you can continue to utilize the resources and support available through your subscription for the duration of the period you paid for.

π Is the upload file size limit different for free and subscribed users?
The maximum upload file size is 20MB per file. However, free users cannot upload files that exceed 100 pages. Subscribed users can enjoy more flexibility without this page limitation.
π Is there a difference in accuracy between the free and subscribed versions?
Currently, there is no difference in accuracy.
However, subscribed users can upload more files, allowing them to access more comprehensive results. Additionally, as the product is continuously updated, some new features or performance improvements may be available to subscribed users first.
π I have a Basic Plan but have reached my 20 upload credit limit. Can I get more?
If you need more uploads, consider upgrading to the Pro Plan, which offers 50 upload credits per month.
Alternatively, you can share the link with your friends to earn additional free uploads. For more details, please check the referrals and gift menu (click here).
π Can I still access my folders after canceling my subscription?
Yes. None of your data will be lost, and you will maintain access to all of your documents.
π If I delete a file after uploading it, will my quota be restored?
You can delete folders or files anytime, but this wonβt restore your upload quota.
